2 cans chicken broth
2 T corn starch
2 C chicken -- diced, cooked
1 can peas
1 can sliced carrots -- chopped
1 small onion -- chopped
Bread or Biscuit Dough
Pour the broths into a heavy pan and bring to boil. Lower heat. Remove
one cup broth and mix with the cornstarch. Pour mixture into broth and
simmer until thick.
Place chicken, carrots, onions and peas into broth and
cook until chicken is heated through.
Place about 2 tablespoons into bread or dough and put into sandwich maker.
Cook for approximately 4 minutes or until well browned.
