Easy Chocolate Fudge

1/2 cup corn syrup
1/3 cup evaporated milk
16 1-ounce squares semisweet chocolate, broken
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts

Spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
In a 2-quart saucepan, combine corn syrup, milk, and chocolate; cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted.  
Remove from heat.  
Stir in vanilla and confectioners' sugar.  
With a wooden spoon, beat until smooth.  
Stir in walnuts.  Spread in prepared baking pan.  
Chill for 2 hours or until set.  Cut into squares.
