Christmas Coconut Balls

1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1-1/2 cups flaked coconut
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/3 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Red food coloring
Green food coloring

In a large mixing bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, 
1 cup coconut, cream, almond extract, and melted butter; 
mix thoroughly.  Divide mixture into 3 equal portions.  
Color one portion red, one portion green, and leave the third portion white.
Shape mixtures into 3/4-inch balls.  
Roll in remaining coconut.  
Let stand to dry for 24 hours.
